Emergency and Crisis Care

At CareChoice, we work closely with DHHS to create the best possible placements. We work to ensure that children in Out of Home Care and adolescents are safe and protected at all times.

We have a specialist team of support workers managed by regional child protection Team Leaders and supported by our CareChoice Out of Home Care Managers.

Our focus is ensuring that children in crisis care are able to settle and feel safe and well supported so they can engage and benefit from the same daily living experiences as other children and young people. No matter how long their engagement is with us, their health, spirit and wellbeing are central to our service.

When young people transition from Out of Home Care, CareChoice can offer stable, ongoing care. As a registered NDIS support provider, we can offer continuity of support.
