As a values-driven leader, Amanda is motivated by social equality and strives to ensure people with a disability and vulnerable youth can access quality services.
Marnie Tewksbury, Co-Founder and Director

Marnie has 20 years’ experience in the human services sector working in long-term unemployment, mental health, disability residential and home service, and community corrections.
Her passion for human rights, social justice and equality are behind the development of CareChoice and its mission to improve the lives of people with a disability.
Brigitte Rahhali, Co-founder and Director

Brigitte began her career more than 20 years ago working in disability services. She has worked in the areas of direct support, education consultancy, human resources, business development and senior management.
Brigitte firmly believes that people with a disability should choose who supports them and this has laid the foundation for CareChoice. She continues to ensure innovative, individualised services are available for people of all ages and abilities.
Neil Edgar, Chief Operating Officer

Neil has substantial professional experience in General Management roles working in organisations with strong values and a significant customer focus. He has been responsible for change management, product development and marketing, organisational growth, the management of large call centres and sales teams.
Neil’s career includes working for organisations such as Stellar, Ducere, iSelect, Sensis/Telstra Media and Pacific Access. He is passionate about helping people grow and develop their skills while having fun at the same time.

Silvana is passionate about improving HR processes and developing high levels of engagement with CareChoice staff.
Michelle Eriksen, Chief Financial Officer

Michelle has worked for more than 20 years in finance for large organisations including Calvary Care, Fairfax, Goodman Fielder and SALMAT, and spent 12 years in Norway working in the shipping, banking and FMCG sectors.
Michelle excels at increasing organisational efficiency through innovation and finance department team building. She is highly motivated by the community sector and making a difference in the lives of others.
