The NDIA has made a change to the current price guide in light of COVID-19. A 10% COVID-19 loading has been added to all services from 25.March 2020 (excluding SIL services). The NDIA has identified that this increase in price was needed due to the extra measures needed to keep clients and support workers safe during this time. In light of the extra coordination requirements for staff members the NDIA has also increased the service cancellation notice period required to 10 business working days.
