CareChoice has been supporting people with a disability since 2007. We specialise in 24-hour disability programs for individuals with multiple and complex needs across Victoria.

Our aim is to be a trusted support provider to people with a disability.

CareChoice is a registered service provider with the following agencies:

• National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
• Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
• Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)
• WorkSafe
